(here in after referred to as the “Seller” or the “Operator”). These Terms form an integral part of every purchase agreement concluded between the Seller and the Customer. By submitting an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms.
The order is placed through the online store. After the order is submitted, the Customer will receive a confirmation
email. At this moment, the purchase agreement between the Seller and the Customer is concluded. The Seller
reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order, particularly if: - the goods are sold out, - a technical system error
occurs, - or the order shows signs of fraudulent activity. In such cases, the Customer will be informed without delay,
and any received payment will be refunded within 7 business days.
All prices listed on the website are final and include VAT (if applicable). The Seller accepts only online card
payments through the secure payment gateway Stripe. Orders can be submitted only after successful payment.
Orders for which full payment has not been made will not be processed or shipped. All transactions are processed
through the Stripe payment gateway in accordance with PCI DSS security standards, and the Seller never has access
to the Customer’s card information.

not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the carrier or by other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control
(e.g., capacity limits of pickup points, customs procedures, or weather conditions). If the selected pickup point or Z-
Box is full or temporarily unavailable, the Seller reserves the right to have the shipment delivered to the nearest
available location.

received, the payment will be refunded within 14 days, using the same payment method as originally used (unless
otherwise agreed). The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been made available to the
Customer with their explicit consent before the withdrawal period has expired (e.g., PDF materials, courses).

without undue delay after the defect is discovered. The Customer must include: - the order number, - a description of
the defect, - and photo documentation (if possible). The return shipment must include a completed and signed
complaint form, available for download on www.inaira.eu. If the form is not physically included in the parcel, the
complaint will not be accepted or processed. The Seller will assess the complaint without undue delay and inform
the Customer of the outcome. If the complaint is justified, the Customer is entitled to: - repair of the goods, -
exchange of the goods, or - a reasonable discount on the price, or a full refund.
For digital content purchases (e.g., PDF files, e-books, online courses), the Customer is authorized to use the
